An except from the interview

“It’s a time for change and a time for being a visionary and its a real opportunity for long term change in vision, what Lisa Nandy needs to do is to make sure that this long term change puts South Asian dance and arts at the heart of the British Culture, not in the periphery, not in a tokenistic way. There needs to be an acknowledgement that South Asian arts play a major role in our cultural economy.”
