Performances at National Maritime Museum Diwali event, 11 Nov

We were at the National Maritime Museum for a fantastic family-friendly celebration of Diwali, performing Rajasthani folk dances and and leading a workshop curated by COMMONGROUND& in collaboration with Akademi.

The audience got glimpse of traditional Rajasthani folk dances like Ghoomar, Chirmi, Kaalbeliya and Terahtaali forms of dance in this high-energy show. And that’s not all, they even had the opportunity to learn a few moves themselves and practice them to the music! .

The event was FREE to attend.
