Performances at Devonshire Square Diwali Festival, 8 Nov

We were thrilled to return to Devonshire Square to perform at the fifth edition of their Diwali festival in the atmospheric Western Courtyard. The free event was specially curated every year by the Devonshire Square Community & Events Management in collaboration with Akademi. The event was FREE to attend.

The show featured an enthralling sequence of some of the most exquisite Indian classical and folk dances, including Kathak, Bharatanatyam and a medley of folk dances from Assam like Bihu, as well as a mesmerizing Kandyan dance performance, a highly sophisticated and refined folk dance from Sri Lanka. The evening ended with a Bollywood extravaganza and an interactive workshop.
