First Friday party at Claremont Project, 2 Feb

We were invited by Claremont Project in Islington, London to perform at their First Friday party.

Artists from BollyRed Dance Company performed Bollywood dance and led a workshop for the participants. The event also featured an educational talk on South Asian Dance and Q&A. It was attended by around 60 older members of the community group.

About Claremont Project

A community organisation that runs large programme of groups, classes and projects aimed at being creative and healthy in body and mind, and at helping to develop real and lasting friendships. Most of their activities are for people aged 55 and over. They also provide a low-cost psychotherapy service, as well as a couples/relationship counselling service, for Islington residents (18+)
