Performances at Devonshire Square Diwali Festival, 28 October

28 October 2026, 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Devonshire Square, Liverpool Street

We returned to Devonshire Square to perform at their Diwali festival in the atmospheric Western Courtyard. The event is specially curated every year by the Devonshire Square Community & Events Senior Manager, Ms Patrizia Sechi, in collaboration with Akademi. It has been absolute honour for Akademi to be a part of the wonderful events here from the very beginning, working hand-in-hand with the incredible team at Devonshire Square.

The show featured an enthralling sequence of Indian classical, folk and popular dances, including Kathak, Bharatanatyam, Bangladeshi Folk, and Garba, as well as a mesmerising Kandyan dance performance, a highly sophisticated and refined folk dance from Sri Lanka. The evening ended with a Bollywood extravaganza and an interactive workshop.
