Akademi is a registered charity, working in a wide variety of areas across the community. Your support enables us to continue creating innovative dance productions, and providing high quality education & community work to bring South Asian dance to the widest possible audience. You can support Akademi in a number of ways.

You can donate to Akademi using Charity Choice. If you are a UK taxpayer, Charity Choice also allows you to donate Gift Aid to Akademi, which means we can claim an extra 28p per Pound. Volunteer
We are always looking for volunteers to help with our productions, which happen throughout the year, but mostly during the summer. We require help with stage managing our events, press and marketing, mailouts, stewarding, and all other aspects of creating a production. Mentoring & Advice
Our Dance Development department supports South Asian dancers through their training and throughout their professional careers. Equally, our office staff are always looking for ways to improve our levels of experience and the services we can provide.
