Sarah has worked with Akademi for 5 years as HR adviser on employment matters. She also works as an HR consultant for other clients in education, manufacturing and the arts. This includes advising management on employment issues, recruitment and updating contracts and handbooks. Prior to her consultancy roles Sarah had 15 years HR experience in the arts, manufacturing and publishing sectors.
Sarah is an associate of counterculturepartners and a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
