Education & Community Programme Officer - Kath Veitch
Kath has produced young people's creative arts projects in collaboration with arts organisations, artists, youth and community groups and the public sector in the UK for the past 5 years. Her passion for the Arts as a medium and backdrop for positive personal and social change has been fuelled by the inspiring and creative people she has met and worked with on her travels across Europe and more recently in India and London. With them she has had the opportunity to work in a range of settings from festivals to classrooms to big top circus tents to Indian trains. She is now enjoying working with intergenerational groups as part of the ‘Who We Are’ Family Learning Project at Akademi. She also manages and co-delivers Akademi’s ReAct projects for young people.
